Biography
Joy van Dieman holds an undergraduate degree in the Arts, majoring in Psychology and Language & Communication. She is the Administrator at PLAAS, where she manages day-to-day operations, coordinates events, and oversees the recruitment and support of our student assistants. She enjoys being the behind-the-scenes organiser who keeps things running smoothly. She is passionate about youth development and is always looking for meaningful ways to contribute. When she’s not at work, Joy is baking, enjoying short getaways with her family, or rekindling her love for reading and writing.
