Biography
Dr. Olubunmi O. Alawode is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is a scholar in Land Economics, Agribusiness, and Gender Economics. She has worked on different thesis titles on land tenure, land market, land conflicts, land economics and governance, Agribusiness and Gender Economics in Nigeria. She has also attended policy debates on land governance (markets and conflicts in relation to policy formulation) in Nigeria as well as other international conferences on Agribusiness and Gender issues, and has authored many publications. She has also taught various courses in these areas, and supervised students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is a member of Global Land Programme (GLP), a Trainer, Enterprise systems for Africa (ESEFA) and Trainer, Business Foundation & Integration with SAP ERP 6.07. She is a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC), Chartered Management Specialist (CMS) with Distinction in Time Management, Fellow, Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC), Fellow, Institute of Policy Management Development (FIPMD), and Fellow, Institute of Agribusiness Management Nigeria (FIAMN).
