Patupe Cheumeni Theophane is a sworn surveys engineer at the Ministry of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure (Department of Surveys) – Republic of Cameroon. He is involved in activities of Design, Research and Control related to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of land government policy. He has participated into many activities related to lands (land consultative boards, cadastral surveys, layouts, expropriations for public purpose, land disputes resolution, land reserves …) in Cameroon.
Holder of a Bachelor in Lands Surveying Engineering and MSc in Geographic Information Sciences, his current research activities concern the innovation of the Business Model of Land Administration for a more Sustainable, Cost-Effective and Decentralized Land Management.
