Elizabeth Mosa Agina

Elizabeth Mosa Agina is a passionate legal practitioner with over four years’ experience. Her main areas of professional and scholarly interest are land, planning and environmental law, constitutional and human rights law, public law, inter-disciplinary research, human rights advocacy, policy formulation and legislative drafting, regulatory compliance, science and technology law, project management, mediation, arbitration, litigation and legal advisory. Ms. Agina currently works as an in-house legal counsel at the County Government where she handles matters pertaining to land, physical and urban planning as well environmental law. She previously worked as an independent legal expert on equality and non-discrimination under the auspices of an international non-governmental organization with presence in Kenya. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law, Undergraduate Degree in Law, Certificates in Management, Legislative drafting, Policy formulation, Mediation and Arbitration as well as Information Communication Technology. Ms. Agina is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate Master’s Degree in Law. She aims to serve humanity, grow her potential and empower others through her knowledge and skills while advancing the rule of law.
