Biography
Jean Luc Mubenga-Tshitaka olds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Johannesburg. His research interests span from environmental issues and climate change, land issues, and development economics to financial economics and machine learning. He is a researcher at the Public & Environmental Economics Research Center (PEERC) and a Lecturer at the University of Johannesburg
