Specialising in right-based natural resource management, Agatha advocates for a collaborative approach where local stakeholders actively influence management decisions. Her enthusiasm is deeply rooted in engaging with people and diverse cultures, recognizing their crucial role in conservation leadership. With the ocean as her classroom and fisher communities as her teachers, she channels her energy into creating visibility for these communities.
