Making agricultural investment work for Africa: Parliamentarians from Central Africa respond to the ‘land rush’

How should African politicians respond to the ‘land rush’? PLAAS's Prof Ruth Hall met in early November 2013 with parliamentarians from the member states of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) to debate this question.
